  29. I don't know who brought up this idea of "slices". Please take into
  30. consideration that this is a many-MHz-processor-bus, where every
  31. connector adds reflections to the signal lines and makes them worse.
  32. So the two connectors (first on the motherboard, second on the
  33. daughterboard) are already more than enough. You won't dare to torture
  34. such signals through a daisy chain of a dozen connectors.

  36. People obviously compare this to HiFi systems where such stacked designs
  37. exist, at frequencies of a factor 1,000 less (tens of Kilohertz vs.
  38. tens of Megahertz)... No way with processors.
